Founded in October of 2006 by principal partners Robert and Bill Prendergast, Integrated Properties, Inc. has established itself as a leader in the New England commercial real estate market. Our Boston-based firm is built on a foundation of expertise in real estate ownership, development, and comprehensive property management. We specialize in the acquisition and management of grocery-anchored shopping centers, recognizing their vital role in community commerce. The Founders

Robert Prendergast

Robert Prendergast was formerly President and Chief Operating Officer of Heritage Property Investment Trust, a $3.5 billion shopping-center REIT sold in 2006. During his tenure, he held several senior roles, including Director of Construction and Vice President of Property Management & Construction, where he oversaw the integration of Heritage and the public REIT Bradley. In 2004, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and later President, responsible for the overall operations of 174 assets across 30 states. Prior to Heritage, Robert worked with Urban Retail Properties, managing major multi-tenant projects such as Copley Place in Boston, the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center in Washington D.C., and the Moakley Federal Courthouse in Boston.

Bill Prendergast

Bill Prendergast joined Heritage Property Investment Trust in 2001 as an Assistant Property Manager and went on to hold positions in property management, leasing, and construction across a portfolio exceeding two million square feet of retail, office, and residential space. He also played an integral role in construction and development projects, including 131 Dartmouth Street—a 400,000 square-foot office building with a 730-car parking facility in Boston’s Back Bay. Bill is a graduate of Salve Regina University and a licensed real-estate broker in Massachusetts.

Thomas Prendergast

Thomas Prendergast focuses on the asset management side of the business, overseeing a portfolio of more than two million square feet of grocery-anchored and service-oriented retail centers across the Northeast. His responsibilities include property operations, leasing strategy, and financial performance, ensuring long-term stability and growth across the portfolio. In addition to his retail management experience, Thomas has been involved in large-scale multifamily developments, including projects with upwards of 200 units, guiding them from initial planning through construction and stabilization. His background combines deep operational expertise with a practical approach to value creation and tenant relationships.

Luke Prendergast

Luke Prendergast began his career in the family’s real-estate business, where he developed a deep understanding of asset operations and investment strategy. Building on that foundation, he went on to found his own investment firm focused on identifying and scaling high-potential businesses across real estate and other industries. Luke has successfully raised capital for numerous ventures and real-estate syndications, leading initiatives that blend financial discipline with creative value-creation strategies. His experience spans acquisitions, development, and business growth, with a focus on unlocking opportunities through strategic partnerships, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
